Authorization
There are different authorization rights for different employees in a company. And also there are different branches in a company, so there is a need to give different authorization rights as per the branch.
So Authorization Module is a very important module in ERP systems. It is used to give authorities to the concerned employees.
Let’s have a look at how 10Soft Authorization Module works :

10Soft stores and manages job groups which is a group of users for authorization process. And when the authorization for a job group is specified, all users of that job group own the rights.

User can log in and can view the pages like sales order, sales invoice etc for which he has rights. However customers and vendors can view the information relevant to them but there are separate rights for the customers.

You can set the job group for users.

10Soft also provides record base security. You can assign the single record editing rights to the group or user. And only that group or user is authorized to modify that record while others can only view.

There are two types of user namely admin user and normal user.

System admin have access to multiple branches while branch admin is given access to a particular branch.

You can set authority rights to job group. The rights could be module/menu wise. And on the basis of these rights the user of this job group would be able to access a particular menu or module.

You can also set the authority rights to particular employee regardless of the job group.

10Soft also has Webparts rights for job group and users. And in accordance with the rights given the users and job group can access different Webparts.

You can have the list of all pages that are applicable to customer in the Customer Authority page and you can assign rights to particular customer for all those pages.

The rights to access the reports can be given to specific users too.

The user can change his password any time he wishes and also if in case he forgets his password and 10Soft provides him the password by sending him the password through email.
