Clinics Unit

The Ajyal-Clinic system organizes clinic operations and all processes to achieve the highest degree of accuracy and order in carrying out clinic tasks and the purpose for which they were established. It also aims to save time and effort for patients and staff, whether doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, or even receptionists, through the following functions:

1
Appointment Management and Scheduling: Appointment management is one of the most important functions of the Clinics Unit. The Ajyal-Clinic system manages all patient appointments, including visit schedules, visit start and end times, appointment status, and the name of the doctor to be visited. It also includes the patient's treatment schedule and the number of times the medication is administered per day, as determined by the physician based on the patient's condition and diagnosis.
2
Defining information about hospital/clinic wards and beds: The Clinics module allows the user to create a new clinic in the Ajyal-Clinic system. Basic information about the clinic can be entered, such as the clinic name, the manager's name, email address, and other important information to create any clinic, as well as beds and wards.
3
Definition of diseases, symptoms, and diagnosis: The clinic unit provides information about diseases and symptoms diagnosed by doctors in the clinic. These diseases and symptoms will be used in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient.
4
Specify the doctor's category and specialty: The clinics module provides an interface that allows the user to enter and define information about the doctor's specialty and category, which helps the user structure the functions in the system to have a more organized clinic.
5
Definition of laboratories, types and standards of laboratory reports: The clinics module provides an interface that allows the user to enter and define information about laboratories, their reports, and the standards of those reports, which will be used by the physician when treating the patient. Samples are taken from the patient and compared to the ideal samples that are internationally recognized for any laboratory test.
6
Defining insurance company data and patient insurance grades: The clinics module enables the user to define information about the patient’s insurance grades and insurance company data, such as the insurance company’s code and name, insurance policy details, the insurance company’s participation rate, and the amount that the patient must pay based on the type and grade of insurance to which he is subject.
7
Recruitment company information: Document the recruiting company's information, such as its code and the job group it falls under, in addition to all details related to the recruiting company's policy, the company's insurance level, and the discount amount, whether it is a fixed value or a percentage.
8
Defining service/treatment documents: Through the clinics unit, the user can define service/treatment documents. These documents include information about the treatment provided in the clinic, including the specifications of the treatment, the types of treatment, the prices of the treatment, determining whether the treatment is liquid or solid, determining the method of administration, intravenously, orally, or intramuscularly, etc., and many other specifications of the treatment used in the clinic.
