Cost centers enable monitoring the profitability of sub-activities within the accounting unit — such as tracking the performance of a specific project or branch.
You can create a cost center hierarchy of up to five levels, and ASWAQ6 can easily generate all financial statements and movement reports for any individual cost center.

Budgeting for Accounts and Cost Centers
Budgets can be defined for general accounts and cost centers, and the system will automatically compare actual balances against budgeted values.
Multiple budget scenarios can be created according to the organization’s needs.

Full Integration Between Payment & Receipt Vouchers and System Modules
Receipt and payment vouchers are tightly integrated with other modules in ASWAQ6. For example, you can specify which invoices are being settled by a specific customer directly within the receipt voucher.
You can also enter checks and promissory notes and link them to payment or receipt vouchers.
These vouchers support compound journal entries, and you can control whether the affected accounts are editable.
