Pharmacy Unit

Pharmacy Unit

With the Ajyal-Clinic system, you, dear user, can adjust the points of sale in the pharmacy and manage all matters related to it through the many functions performed by the “Pharmacy” unit, including the following:

1
Registering the characteristics of devices to be sold from the pharmacy: The pharmacy module screen allows the user to register a number of different characteristics of the devices to be sold from the pharmacy, such as: the device registration code, the device code in the warehouse, and its registration accounts. The system does not allow the user to register more than the permitted points of sale, as registration is validated based on the device code when the user logs in to the point of sale. Registration data is used in the point of sale module once the data transfer process from the Ajyal-Clinic system to the Ajyal system is completed.
2
Defining payment types based on user requirements: The pharmacy module allows users to add new payment types based on their requirements. The system also provides users with several default payment types that they can use or modify to be used in the point-of-sale (POS) module once the data transfer from the Ajyal Clinic system to the Ajyal Financial system is complete. Users can enter basic information for payment types, such as the payment type code, payment type, local name, foreign name, and more.
3
Configuring a Pharmacy POS Device: Through the Pharmacy module, the user can make changes to the device firmware files used within the system. Any changes made to these device files directly impact the device's properties and performance. After making changes to the file settings, the user can either save these changes to the same file, save them as a new file, delete the file, or cancel the changes.
4
Request/Cancel a Pharmacy POS Device: Users can search for pharmacy POS device requests based on the status of the request, whether pending, approved, or rejected. The device name, code, request status, and request creation date are displayed.
5
Display all documents associated with a shift based on specified filtering criteria: The pharmacy module allows the user to display all documents associated with a shift based on specified filtering criteria. The user can search for documents by entering the registration code, shift number, etc. The invoice, document number, and issue date are displayed.
6
Opening and closing shifts: The pharmacy unit can open and close shifts, which represent the working hours of the clinic or medical center. A schedule is adopted for the work hours of the clinic's employees and pharmacists.
7
Transferring points of sale: The pharmacy module allows the user to transfer points of sale between healthcare facilities, whether within the facility or between branches, within the procedures and powers specified by the system administrator.
8
Device setup for user: The pharmacy module allows the user to setup his device in terms of sales returns, sales types, vouchers, etc.
