The Ajyal Clinic Point of Sale (POS) module has the following advantages:

These records are used to create numerous documents such as sales invoices, sales returns, fee payments, material receipts, etc.

Improved inventory management: The Ajyal-Clinic system provides highly effective and robust inventory management. It allows tracking of all items sold, with continuous updates to unit sales. This ensures that no missed opportunities are identified before inventory counts are completed, helping healthcare facilities optimally store supplies and prepare their inventory lists.

Efficient Employee Management: The Ajyal-Clinic system gives the user complete control over employees, especially those working in shifts. All operations are tightly controlled from one shift and carefully closed until the shift is handed over to another.

Accuracy in opening and closing boxes: When a shift or box is opened, the actual box balance is recorded. When the box or shift is closed, the current balance is calculated and compared to the actual balance, and the difference between them is recorded, if any.

Ease of data transfer: Users can transfer data to Ajyal-Clinic system or users can transfer data from a main database away from the database line and upload transaction data from outside the database line to a live database.

The system can be used immediately upon installation on any computer, without requiring extensive application time. It can also be shared by employees in the sales, marketing, and customer service departments, as long as they have a network connecting their devices, without the need for any special or complex equipment. For example, in January, sales reached 10,000 units, but in February, they were only 9,000 units. With Ajyal-Clinic reports, you can compare sales quickly and accurately.

Multiple payment options: Ajyal Clinic offers multiple, dynamic payment options through credit cards, debit cards, and electronic checks.

Robust user permission management and confidentiality assurance: The Ajyal-Clinic system features a unique security code for each point of sale, allowing seamless and confidential transfer from one device to another. User permissions can also be controlled, and each vendor can be assigned their own permissions.
