The final outcome of operations varies based on the values set in these basic files. This feature is extremely important and fundamental to the Ajyal-Clinic healthcare ERP system. The system includes numerous general settings that the user defines and defines in the system only once before starting to use the system and perform transactions. Common examples of general settings include serial numbers, document types, document logs, clinic configuration, file numbers, and clinic data. Furthermore, the user can modify these settings whenever necessary and easily impact other parts of the system.

These types can be used immediately after the document type is created.
