System Settings Unit

The system configuration unit adjusts the system and imposes the system administrator’s control over all system units and screens by performing many functions and tasks, including the following:

1
Document Registry and Document Type Setup: The General Settings module allows the user to distinguish between documents entered into the system by assigning a unique number to each document saved in the document registry. The user can enter a prefix for the document, and all other numbers are automatically generated for the document in sequence. It also allows the user to set several document properties, such as description, restrictions, numbers, and other options. This mechanism serves as a means of linking clinics through the use of various document types. This feature is used to enable the user to select a document type to link or reserve it with their clinic's file. If there is a need to create a new document type, several properties are defined for the new document type, such as description, user access permission, financial interface, documents to be created, and other options relevant to the document type.
2
Setting up email templates: Through the General Settings module, you can set up email templates that will be used when sending emails from the Ajyal-Clinic system to users and employees for various purposes, including documenting appointments. This feature allows users to stay fully informed of the latest news and events taking place at the clinic, medical center, or other branches.
3
Configuring the Application Module: Through the General Settings module, the user can add basic system settings, including the server and databases, as well as clinic configuration. The operating system in a facility implementing the Ajyal-Clinic system depends entirely on the settings configured in the "Application Module Configuration" screen.
4
Language Translator Settings: As you know, dear user, the Ajyal-Clinic system supports multiple languages. The current version supports both Arabic and English. Through the Language Translator screen in the General Settings module, users can translate system fields to and from Arabic, English, or any other language required by the healthcare facility.
6
Reviewing user activity and browsing files: The General Settings module displays details of the records used in the system and enables the user to audit them. The General Settings module also allows the user to specify the file name and then view all of its data, which ensures consistency of work and ease of handling data according to the organization's needs.
7
Data Transfer from the Healthcare System to the Financial System: Users can transfer all data in the Ajyal-Clinic system to the Ajyal-Clinic Financial System. The main data is migrated from the Ajyal-Clinic main system to the Ajyal-Clinic system. The system also migrates all transactions and movements related to Ajyal-Clinic to the Ajyal main system, such as transferring sales and purchase invoices to the Ajyal financial system. These invoices were created for services provided to patients within the clinic or medical center. This ensures that the data stored in the healthcare system is transferred to the Ajyal financial system easily, securely, accurately, and quickly, until it can be retrieved or used whenever and however you wish.
8
Instantly transfer pharmacy and clinic sales: Sales are transferred to the financial system through Al Wasil. When the clinic management places a purchase order for a point of sale in the pharmacy, all relevant information is entered and transferred to the financial system to be added to the purchases, an invoice is issued for it, and the sales are added to the assets in Ajyal's main system.
