User Unit

User Unit

The “Users” module in the Ajyal-Clinic system has many advantages, including:

1
Ease of granting permissions to users: The system administrator assigns permissions in a simple and convenient manner. They identify the user whose permissions they want to assign, then navigate to any screen through a special table to determine the user's usage permissions. In addition to assigning different usage permissions to each user, a set of buttons is also provided to facilitate the system administrator's efficient and speedy interaction with the screen. For example, the system provides a special button to grant full permissions to all system screens. There is also a special button to deny any permissions to a user, add user rights to another user, and other buttons that facilitate the system administrator's process of assigning permissions. The user will thus feel the positive effects of these buttons, as they determine their permissions and the efficiency with which they operate the assigned tasks, preventing them from losing focus on what they want to do.
2
Ease of managing report permissions: The user can view user names, specify the application modules available to each user, view all reports in the system, and determine whether this user has access to this report or not, in a way that is easy to learn and apply, in addition to complete monitoring of the processes occurring on the system.
3
Flexibility in granting functional group permissions: The functional group is defined in a flexible and easy manner through a drop-down list that displays all application modules and all screens in the system, enabling the user to grant this functional group the possible permissions, whether those permissions are access, entry, update, deletion, display, or all of these permissions in full.
4
Ensuring business confidentiality: This is achieved by not granting all employees or functional groups the same access rights to any screen or report, which leads to system control and regulation of its use.

The Users Unit in the Ajyal-Clinic Healthcare ERP System performs the following functions:

1
Providing user records: The Ajyal-Clinic healthcare facility resource planning system displays and updates data related to all users through the user records screen. The system provides a link in the employee file to all user data, such as username, password, job group, etc.
2
Functional Group Provision: The Ajyal-Clinic healthcare facility resource planning system provides the ability to configure functional groups, which typically share the same function within the facility. This is the primary file that manages and stores functional group data. A functional group, which is typically a group of users, also has permissions to approve certain transactions granted by the system administrator.
3
Setting Functional Group Permissions: The Ajyal-Clinic Healthcare ERP system allows users, through the Functional Group Permissions screen, to define access permissions to modules and menus, as they are used by specific users to access a specific menu.
4
Defining functional group permissions - Reports: The Ajyal-Clinic system provides access permissions and/or report design based on the rights defined for the functional group, as determined by the system administrator.
5
Defining user permissions in the Ajyal-Clinic system: Through the user module, healthcare facilities can be linked to a set of rules governing how they interact with the user and with each other. The system was professionally built according to a set of principles and permissions defined by the user. These principles and permissions are strictly followed in all aspects, whether in terms of the system's interaction with the user or the system's many and complex internal procedures.
6
Setting up and configuring user permissions: Through the Users module, each user's permissions are determined. It is well known that the responsibilities of healthcare workers range in importance or trust from least to most, all the way up to the system administrator or perhaps the institution owner. Through the User Permissions system, the system administrator can distribute permissions to healthcare workers.
7
Applying usage permissions to all screens in the Ajyal-Clinic system: Permissions cover all screens in the Ajyal-Clinic system. Each user has specific permissions for each screen in the system. Each screen in the system has its own permissions, and each user's permissions range from full permissions to no permissions at all, including "add and edit," "edit and delete," "add only," "edit only," and "view only." They also include permissions to edit printed documents and the number of times each user prints.
